Traxon Technologies, a supplier of dynamic lighting solutions, has reportedly installed LED art lighting in the long-term parking lot of San Francisco International Airport.
Designed by Johanna Grawunder, the installation uses a series of Traxon lighting techniques to create an exquisite light show visible both day and night, and uses existing steel beams and mirror windows to display dots and dashes, which are finally spelled into "San Francisco" of Holmes code.
Grawunder said that now is the era of coding, San Francisco is a cascade of cities, each layer has its own complexity and need to crack the code. By using materials that correspond to reflections, brightness and programmed discoloration lights, these coding layers are dynamic day and night.
The news shows that the artistic lighting system at San Francisco Airport uses Traxon's lighting solutions, including Dot XL-9 RGB, Washer Quattro RGBW and Osram e:cue's dynamic lighting control.
nelevator cars and vertical channels, Washer Quattro RGBW and Dot XL-9 RGB create immersive experiences through coordinated light shows, which change during the day and night. The interior customized light box using Dot XL-9 RGB also creates a soft discolored lighting for the dynamic device. In addition, the central control system operates e: cue SYMPHOLIGHT lighting control software to coordinate lighting between light box, elevator car and vehicle to realize Grawunder's artistic conception.
